This bracket mounts a UMP air filter on the passenger side fender well. Don't let your Cummins suffer from poor filtration, the UMP aluminum housing contains an industrial Donaldson filter sized for the 5.9.  Some slight "massaging" of the inner fender with a mallet will be required, as well as drilling some mounting holes..  Supplied in gold zinc plated steel,  they can be painted or powdercoated.  It is designed around the '81 and newer core supports, and will require modifications to work in the older trucks.
