This mounting kit is a designed to allow fitment of a 1994-2002 Dodge Cummins intercooler and radiator into a 73-80 Chevy truck core support. Main channels are CNC formed and laser cut for a precise fit, and 14 GA tubing is bent to follow the contours of the intercooler and give much needed strength to the core support.  The core support will need to be cut out, and our intercooler mount welded into place--fitting and welding REQUIRED.  The intercooler will sit right in front of the Chevrolet factory radiators, or a Dodge 2nd gen radiator with our optional mounts. The intercooler will be securely positioned,  and a bracket supplied to use the factory hood latch supports. The 2nd gen Dodge radiator mounts are a great option to solve any cooling issues.  This kit includes heavy duty brackets to mount a Vintage Air condenser 037033, and tabs and brackets to mount the grill insert brackets and support the top grill plates at those points. The center latch support brace will only work with the 75-80 manual latch, support brace and upper grill panel, and WILL NOT WORK WITH CABLE OPERATED LATCHES OR SUPPORTS.  If you need us to install everything into a core support, give us a call and set it up today----602 370 7955----MADE IN THE USA!  Note: these mounts are supplied in raw steel to facilitate welding, they will need to be painted or otherwise coated when completed.

*****PLEASE NOTE******* There are 2 different height 94-02 Dodge intercoolers commonly found- approximately 15-7/8  and 16-3/4 tall.  If you have a short version please add on the short intercooler adapter kit.
